Our client SAGE Community Services is seeking multiple experienced and collaborative Case Managers to join a new Families Together team and support high-quality, client-centred service delivery across Western Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community services case manager to join their team in a pivotal child protection role. Reporting to the Team Leader, these roles will provide casework support to a case load, including children at risk of significant harm from 0-17 years.
The role oversees primary case management, assessment, referrals, compliance, intake, case work, safety and risk management in a client facing child protection environment. You’ll also contribute to organisational growth, sustainability, and networking with internal and external stakeholders.
SAGE Community Services is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation based in Pendle Hill and Wentworthville, Western Sydney.

This role will suit an experienced and collaborative community services case manager with child protection, and problem-solving skills, ideally within complex DCJ-funded family support or domestic and family violence programs. The successful candidate will bring a genuine commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe and inclusive practice, along with a passion for supporting children, families and communities across Western Sydney.
