Part of the Disability Employment Services Program, Employment Plus places many young people into sustainable work every week, guided by our mission to provide quality employment services to participants and employers. With sites in over 90 locations around the country, we reach far and wide and touch many communities, making positive impacts on their lives.
The Team Leader will provide day to day line management of a small team of local DES Job Coaches and Recruitment Advisors and provide professional case management and assessment services to support EPlus DES Participants in gaining and maintaining employment.
This role will implement and oversee a person centred, strengths-based case management model, which focuses on moving participants into a job ready state and provide commercial outcomes by. It will also be managing two employment regions.
