Join Us in Making a Real Difference.
At The Salvation Army, we believe in walking alongside those facing life's most difficult challenges. As a Homelessness Worker within our Housing Pathways Program (Courts), you will play a vital role in breaking the cycle of homelessness and reducing re-offending for court-referred individuals. If you're passionate about creating genuine change, this is more than a job - it's your opportunity to contribute to a movement that cares deeply for people and works for justice every single day.
You will support clients referred through the justice system, helping them to overcome the complex barriers that contribute to homelessness. Through trauma-informed, client-led case management, you'll assess housing needs, develop tailored support plans, and connect individuals to life-changing services - all with compassion, integrity, and respect.
Reporting to the Housing Pathways Program (Courts) Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Ballarat, VIC.
Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 5.
