Our Executive Assistants provide a full range of executive support to the Head of Department and assist in the development and support of the department strategy and transformation. This role develops and manages relationships with a number of key internal and external stakeholders and must maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
We are seeking a perm F/T Executive Assistant to support our Secretariat Lead based in our Blackburn, Melbourne office.
This role is responsible for providing a full range of Executive Support to the Secretary to the Property Trusts and will provide strategic support and assistance to the Trustees ensuring accurate documentation and timely coordination of any work requiring attention by the Trustees. You will be required to develop and manage relationships with a number of key internal and external stakeholders and must maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
