Do you love the thrill of campaigns and have a passion for raising critical funds to support vulnerable people? Are you a planning and data obsessed individual who gains creative satisfaction out of direct marketing (DM)? Can you develop and deliver traditional and digital campaigns end to end?
As the Direct Marketing Manager, you will implement and own marketing campaigns and mentor the direct marketing team to generate leads and promote the brand. You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising targets and experience leading teams through transformational change. Your strategic insights drive campaign success.
Reporting to the General Manager Supporter Experience, Acquisition & Growth, you will work closely with the regular giving, analytics and insights and transformational gifts teams to grow the supporter base and strengthen donor connection to our trusted brand.
