The Salvation Army Australia's Homelessness Stream advocates and supports people to make lifestyle choices that will enhance their quality of life and enable them to live independently while feeling connected to a supportive community. Our programs and services equip people with the tools they need to live a positive and healthy lifestyle.
We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Creating Connections worker to provide support and assistance to young people aged 15-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to maintain meaningful connections to their community, build on existing strengths and develop self-reliance.

This position is located at 212 Morton St Mt Pleasant with weekly contact at 6 Crompton St Soldiers Hill.
This is a part time position, at 15 hours per week, ongoing. Days of work are flexible and negotiable.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Social Work Stream, Level 5.
