We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Community Support Worker to join our Residential Services Team in Homelessness Melbourne Metro (HMM) - working across The Open Door and Flagstaff programs, where we provide a welcoming and supportive space for men experiencing homelessness and facing complex life challenges.
Reporting to the Community of Support Team Leader, this is a permanent full-time position, based in The Open Door in North Melbourne and Flagstaff, VIC.
Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 4.
Your role will be instrumental in creating a trauma-informed, strength-based environment where residents are supported to regain control of their lives and move towards sustainable, independent living.
You're someone who is kind, resilient, and genuinely motivated to help people thrive. You understand the complexities of homelessness and are committed to walking alongside individuals with empathy and respect.
