To support our implementation team working with our Australian partners and clients we are seeking a National Implementation Manager to join our Head Office team.

Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. The program is active in over 30 countries and has offices in 8 countries, the Head Office is based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane.

The Role

Working closely with our Australian team, this is a strategic role developing relationships and supporting our clients implementing Triple P. This will include managing and supporting the implementation team who work with a diverse range of communities and organisations across Australia, with a strong focus on partnering with First Nations communities and organisations. Duties will include:

  • Support implementing organisations throughout the implementation planning process
  • Assist organisations with implementation strategies to maintain and enhance service delivery
  • Manage and support a diverse implementation team partnering with First Nations and broader communities
  • Review the implementation team’s activities and assist with planning and development
  • Collaborate in strategic and operational planning to sustain growth and maintain client relationships
  • Work closely with other internal teams and senior leaders

The Person

Recommended skills to perform the role are:

  • Postgraduate level degree in public or human services (psychology, public health, health education, social work, social and behavioural sciences)
  • Senior level experience in clinical program implementation in the health, education, human services or social services sectors
  • Experience working with First Nations communities, organisations and practitioners
  • Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive leadership and support for First Nations team members
  • Team management knowledge and experience
  • Project management skills or experience
  • Strong planning and problem solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Triple P as a practitioner, researcher or local coordinator is an advantage
