About the role

We are on a quest to find a Manager - Digital Inclusion with a passion for excellence in making the digital world more accessible. Whether you are an experienced expert or still learning we want to hear from you. The location for the role is Western Sydney. Some of the key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Working with a dynamic team to develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure operational efficiencies
  • Identify, establish and maintain community partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Leep team on innovative promotional strategies to raise awareness of our services and attract mentors, learners and community partners
  • Contribute to business development plans and assist with submissions for funding opportunities
  • Support and supervise a small team

About you

We welcome high achievers, who share our passion for social justice and digital inclusion, can engage with a variety of stakeholders (older and poorer Australians, people with disability, people from other cultures/refugees, potential partners and donors), are digitally savvy and are excited to take on new challenges with initiative and creativity.
