The Senior Evaluator will have a primary focus on Program, Process, and Impact Evaluation, as well as on implementing the Treaty Authority’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Framework. The role will lead the design and delivery of evaluation processes, program logic models, and contribute to performance indicators and reporting protocols that enhance accountability and continuous quality improvement across the organisation’s work.
Working collaboratively across teams, the Evaluator / Senior Evaluator will strengthen the organisation's capacity to measure impact, embed learning, and communicate outcomes credibly internally and externally. This role requires both technical and practical expertise in program, process, and impact evaluation, as well as MEL implementation, and a strong understanding of First Peoples’ cultures, histories, and rights.
It represents a significant opportunity to contribute directly to treaty-making, social justice, and reconciliation in Victoria.
