Tradewind Australia is partnering with a highly respected specialist community services organisation to recruit an experienced and proactive People & Culture Advisor for an initial 6-month contract opportunity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You'll join a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Head of P&C, while playing a key role in supporting managers and staff across a complex SCHADS-funded organisation.
If you're someone who can confidently prioritise, work independently, navigate systems with ease and proactively solve problems, this could be the ideal next step.
As the People & Culture Advisor, you will provide broad generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems and policy interpretation.
Working closely with leaders and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure employees are supported through compliant, efficient and people-focused HR practices. This role will suit someone who has strong working knowledge of SCHADS, Enterprise Agreements and employment conditions, along with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
The organisation offers a flexible hybrid arrangement following an initial onboarding period, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication and team culture.
