Total Earth Care is an established environmental services provider committed to restoring and protecting Australia’s natural landscapes. Since 1991, we’ve led the way in ecological restoration, growing into a multi-disciplinary organisation delivering end-to-end environmental solutions across the country.

We’re currently looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our Ecological Restoration (Bush Regeneration) crews across the following regions:

• South-West Sydney (Canterbury-Bankstown to Campbelltown) (Intro to Level 3)
• Western Sydney (Parramatta to Penrith) (Intro to Level 3)

About the role

You’ll be involved in a range of on-ground ecological restoration activities, contributing to the rehabilitation and long-term health of natural environments. This is a hands-on role suited to those who enjoy working outdoors and are passionate about environmental outcomes.

What you’ll need

To be considered, you should have:

• Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week
• Construction White Card
• AQF Level 3 qualification (or willingness to obtain shortly after starting)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (manual licence preferred)

Desirable (but not essential)

• Certificate in Conservation and Land Management or similar (completed or in progress)
• First Aid certification
• Chainsaw operation ticket
