At The Torch, we work at the intersection of art, culture and justice - supporting First Nations people to reconnect with culture, build careers, and create meaningful change.

We’re looking for an organised, energetic and relationship-driven arts administrator to steward our existing cultural activations and commissioning programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate dynamic cultural activations - workshops, talks, pop-up exhibitions
  • Manage commissioned artworks from brief to delivery
  • Connect artists with audiences and income-generating opportunities
  • Build partnerships with that expand pathways beyond traditional exhibitions

You bring:

  • A passion for community impact and First Nations arts
  • Strong coordination, event management or producing experience
  • Exceptional communication and attention to detail
