ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Campaign Manager will design and lead Top Blokes Foundation’s fundraising and marketing campaigns to increase fundraising revenue, our supporter and donor database as well as the profile of the organisation. The role is focused around: leading the design and implementation of Top Blokes Foundation’s first signature campaign, lead acquisition and donor conversion, launch of our regular giving program and securing a range of pro-bono support including media and PR to generate significant media coverage.

Starting January 2021, this position will initially be a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. Salary packaging benefits provided.

Applicant can be based from any of our NSW locations: Sydney City, Western Sydney, Wollongong or Central Coast

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acquisition and Conversion Campaigns

  • Design and implement donor acquisition strategy leveraging existing Top Blokes Foundation's events and initiatives
  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and acquire new donors
  • Implement test campaigns to maximise ROI on acquisition spend
  • Increase donations

2. Signature Campaign

  • Design a signature multi-channel fundraising campaign that aligns with strategic objectives and meets increase in brand awareness metrics
  • Coordinate and implement the signature campaign during Men’s Health Week in June 2021
  • Meet campaign gross and net revenue targets
  • Secure required probono support to scale the reach of the campaign
  • Secure national and local media opportunities

3. Regular Giving Program

  • Design a regular giving program that aligns with the Top Blokes brand
  • Launch the regular giving program by March 2021
  • Meet newly acquired and retention regular giver targets

4. Other:

  • Deliver regular reports and analysis of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs
  • Provide proactive direction and strategic advice across the fundraising team
  • Manage campaign budget
  • Conduct data and market analysis to determine strategy, forecast results and maximise ROI
  • Support broader organisation events and activities

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Strong experience in managing and executing successful campaigns through marketing, digital and donor campaigns
  • Result and solution driven with demonstrable history of achieving revenue targets
  • Significant experience in campaign development, management and tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and budgeting skills
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Accountable, with good financial acumen, analytical and interpretive skills
  • Sound knowledge of fundraising standards, principles, policies and procedures
