As a Customer Relationships Manager, you’ll be the steady thread that holds each customer journey together — from the first moment of enquiry through to the final handshake after delivery. You are the person schools and community partners rely on: warm, attentive, and grounded, ensuring every interaction feels clear, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Working closely with your State Manager, you’ll manage bookings, coordinate logistics, and keep our CRM humming with accuracy and intention. You’ll be the bridge between customers, facilitators, and internal teams — making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it, so programs unfold seamlessly.
This role is about creating an experience that feels effortless on the outside because you’ve cared deeply about every detail on the inside.
We are a learning and development organisation that works in schools, sporting clubs, corporations and communities around Australia supporting:
Utilising elite group facilitation and through engaging modern, relevant and directly applicable interventions and content, we empower participants with diverse backgrounds to create change.

You’re a people-first operator who genuinely enjoys helping others feel supported and informed.
You communicate with ease — whether on the phone or over email — and you bring a steady, grounded presence when things get busy or plans shift unexpectedly.
You take pride in creating a seamless experience for every customer, noticing the small details that make a big difference. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously, while also being a generous teammate who steps in to support others
You value clarity, consistency, and care. You enjoy keeping things organised, you’re energised by problem-solving, and you understand that the work behind the scenes is essential to the meaningful impact that happens in the room.
Above all, you believe in what we do — and you play a key role in helping that impact reach as many people as possible.
