POSITION PURPOSE

As a Customer Relationships Manager, you’ll be the steady thread that holds each customer journey together — from the first moment of enquiry through to the final handshake after delivery. You are the person schools and community partners rely on: warm, attentive, and grounded, ensuring every interaction feels clear, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Working closely with your State Manager, you’ll manage bookings, coordinate logistics, and keep our CRM humming with accuracy and intention. You’ll be the bridge between customers, facilitators, and internal teams — making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it, so programs unfold seamlessly.

This role is about creating an experience that feels effortless on the outside because you’ve cared deeply about every detail on the inside.

We create interactive spaces that build genuine emotional muscle and agility. We do this with an unmatched facilitation style that uses human to human interaction to simulate real life scenarios to build soft skills that are translated directly into the school/workplace and life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary contact for schools and community partners across Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts.
  • Manage enquiries, discovery calls, bookings, and schedule changes with clarity and care.
  • Own booking administration and CRM accuracy using HubSpot and shared calendars.
  • Lead the annual rebooking period, supporting retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, facilitator availability, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare booking, revenue, and capacity insights for internal reporting.
  • Proactively flag risks, issues, or capacity constraints with solutions-focused thinking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, facilitation teams, and interstate colleagues to improve systems and customer experience.

IDEALLY YOU HAVE

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles (education or events experience a bonus).
  • Excellent attention to detail paired with strong organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded).
  • Confident written and verbal communication, with a warm and human approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining calm professionalism.
