The role

Talent Nation is seeking a values-aligned Recruitment Coordinator & Resourcer to join our team. The role will work closely with the Recruiting team (consultants) to support the delivery components of senior recruitment assignments. You will also be responsible for identifying, engaging and nurturing candidates to foster a community of talent within our core areas of impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CRM database (JobAdder) to ensure all candidates employment and contact details are accurate
  • Utilise company database (JobAdder) and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidate longlists as per scope defined in client role briefings and position descriptions
  • Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
  • Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
  • Assist recruitment consultants with phone screening and reference checks, including proofing documents

About you

You are looking to be involved in the sustainability sector and/or recruitment industry. You aren’t a big fan of sales, and that’s OK – you are exactly who we are looking for! You enjoy working in an environment where success isn’t determined by how much you bill on any given month, but you do align to using recruitment to do good!

You are a highly organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities. You enjoy being a proactive team player through showing initiative and having the maturity and confidence to contribute to team discussions and process evolution as required. In addition to your values being aligned with the environmental and social spaces that we specialise in, you will have the ability to contribute to our team culture.

Ideally, you will possess:

  • Strong alignment with our values and an active interest in sustainability
  • A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high care factor
  • A self-starter/ proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as required

This role is offered as a permanent full time position; however we understand life has many dimensions, so we are open to permanent part time option for a candidate who may be seeking a bit more flexibility to balance life outside of work. Our location is a 2-minute walk from Brighton Beach train station, in a newly renovated welcoming office environment with views of the bay!
