The Threatened Species Conservancy is a not-for-profit organisation run by highly skilled scientists and communications professionals who share a mission to save Australia’s flora and fauna from extinction. We are the only not-for-profit organisation in Australia solely dedicated to taking a National approach to the recovery of threatened species. We work across both public and private land and with a diverse range of stakeholders including state and local governments, zoos, herbaria, scientists, the broader community and the not-for-profit sector.
The Threatened Species Conservancy is seeking a qualified and experienced professional Fundraiser to join our vibrant Board. The suitable candidate will have a background in professional philanthropy and/or fundraising.

All Board members are required to promote the Threatened Species Conservancy across their professional networks and help us build stronger partnerships with prospective donors.

Annual Organisational Budget: $100,000-$1,300,000

Board Meetings (frequency): monthly
Board Meetings Held: During Day (negotiable)
Board Meetings (Mode): Online
Time Commitment: 7 hours per month (minimum)
Payment: Nil – honorary role but appropriate expenses will be covered.
