This role is your opportunity to join a progressive organisation and great team at Victoria’s largest LGBTIQ+ community-controlled health service.
This exciting and varied role with our regional service, Thorne Harbour Country, will work in partnership with community members and other stakeholders to deliver innovative health promotion, clinical and community development activities to rural and regional populations. You will be focussed on the prevention of HIV and other blood borne viruses and sexually transmissible infections; and broader health and wellbeing for the LGBTIQ+ community and people living with HIV (PLHIV).
This position joins Thorne Harbour Health at a time of significant growth, program development and innovation. We are very interested in hearing how you will contribute your ideas, skills and community development experience to make a real difference to LGBTIQ+ communities and PLHIV across the region.
