We are a Specialist Behaviour Support and Clinical Psychology provider, looking for an experienced practitioner to join our team! The Therapy Studio was created with a vision of providing meaningful, practical, and quality care to people in our local communities. We are dedicated to providing NDIS Positive Behaviour Support that is insightful and empowering, with an approach that is trauma-informed and developmentally-sensitive. Our practitioners aim to look beyond barriers and behaviours, to the needs and to the human.
We provide positive behaviour support to NDIS participants, focusing on dual diagnoses; co-occurring disability and mental health concerns. Our approach towards behaviour support is open-minded, curious, and flexible, and we support our clinicians with the same level of compassion and care that they provide to their clients. Join a practice, made by and for practitioners!
Did you know the average annual staff turnover rate for all NDIS registered Behaviour Support and Psychology providers is 24% per year? According to 2025 data, that’s an average of 1 in 4 staff leaving every year!
We’re grateful to be surrounded by a great bunch of people, and when we crunch our numbers. It shows an average annual turnover rate of 5.56%, measured across our 4 years of practice as a provider of Behaviour Support and Psychology.
We’re very deliberate about all the decisions we make and we’ll be happily waiting until we find the right fit for the TTS team. For us, this means someone with a warm, empathetic, curious, and flexible approach towards clients, colleagues, and their work in general.
