With increasing demand for our services, we’re currently seeking a new Relationship Manager to enable more organisations to access our innovative programs and build their employee wellbeing through sustained, positive relationships with OTK.

Role responsibilities

The role of the Relationship Manager is fundamental to OTK’s success. Your role is to generate and convert new business leads into successful and sustainable relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Co-developing, implementing and reviewing the sales plan that aligns with the strategic plan
  • Generating, nurturing and closing new business leads through a range of avenues including proactive outreach and networking, managing leads generated through marketing activations, encouraging and responding to customer referrals and other tactics
  • Working closely with the Head of Growth to build OTK’s brand and optimise lead generation and conversion rates for you to achieve or exceed sales targets, including collaborating to produce high quality, targeted and brand aligned sales tools and communications
  • Responding to enquiries in a timely manner, writing and presenting sales proposals and proactively seeking feedback
  • Actively ensuring the CRM (Hubspot) is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Reporting on relevant metrics monthly, including lead generation, contact activity and conversions
  • Regularly attend networking and industry events to stay up to date with the latest market knowledge and connected with prospective clients
  • Represent OTK at sponsored events and presentations
  • Work with the General Manager and Head of Growth to develop strategically aligned
  • As with all OTK team members, suggest ways to continuously improve and grow the business, while supporting the team on a range of tasks as needed

Skills and experience

Required:

  • At least 5 years experience in relationship/account management, business development or sales
  • Qualifications in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B business development
  • Experience with using CRMs and reporting/data analysis (ideally Hubspot)
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a social enterprise, startup, or for-purpose organisation
  • Current relationships with C-suite or People and Culture Managers – Workplace Health and Safety/Wellbeing/Learning and Development/Culture
  • Passion, interest or experience in human resources, positive psychology, and wellbeing

Location and salary

Ideally, we're looking for a Relationship Manager to be based in Melbourne or Sydney. However, the right candidate may also be based in Brisbane or Adelaide. The salary is $90-100k per annum depending on experience, plus superannuation and team bonuses when we hit our targets.
