We Need:

• The Right Person: We are searching for more than just qualifications; we're looking for a leader who aligns with our ethos—someone who is as passionate about making a difference as they are skilled in the legal field.
• A solid knowledge of family law procedure in the Family Court.
• Significant experience of in-court advocacy is essential.
• A member of the VLA panel or ability to be admitted for Family Law would be essential.
• A current practicing certificate with no negative history is essential and listing on the High Court roll.
• A completed practice management course.
• Innovative Mindset: You should bring a forward-thinking approach to legal challenges, team management, and firm expansion.
