The Ted Noffs Foundation supports young people and families experiencing difficulties relating to alcohol and drug misuse, mental and physical health, criminality and social disadvantage. We strive to enhance and evolve the family of humanity by forging new ways of engaging with young people and their communities, to improve the social inclusion of all.
Noffs is currently seeking a community-minded individual to join us as an Executive Assistant. The successful applicant will provide operational and administrative support to our Leadership Team. The role is varied in its duties, meaning that no two days will be the same and will be a valuable part of projects that positively impact on the organisation as a whole - from our advocacy work to our nationwide frontline services.
This role requires an eye for details, working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating the ability to be accountable and proactive. We are seeking a candidate with suitable relevant experience, exceptional organisational and communication skills and have the ability to develop relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Noffs is dedicated to gender equality, diversity and inclusivity. We strive to continue to build a culturally safe workplace where our values underpin the way we work and our commitment to First Nations people of Australia, LGBTIQA+ community and people of colour.
Please note that rolling interviews will be performed. Applicants are encouraged to apply at the earliest point.
