TeamHEALTH has become the leading not for profit provider of mental health services in the Top End of the Northern Territory. TeamHEALTH has provided outreach services, support and advocacy for Territorians with mental illness for over 30 years.
The Complex Residential Support (CRS) Program provides medium and long term, 24/7 complex residential support, within a recovery oriented framework and using a service delivery model based on holistic, psychosocial rehabilitation. Through the provision of accommodation to assist individuals in stabilising their mental health in a safe holistic environment the CRS Program is intended for people with moderate to severe mental illness who face challenges living safely in the community.
Reporting to the Mental Health Promotion Manager, the Team Leader provides overall management and leadership of the Residential facility. The Team Leader will play a key role in supporting and coaching the Mental Health Recovery Workers and Wellbeing Workers within the Program to deliver recovery focussed, strengths-based support and timely, culturally appropriate case management.

The successful applicant will be required to have a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children Clearance, NT Driver’s Licence and completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
TeamHEALTH offers above award conditions including 5 weeks annual leave, salary packaging and a friendly and flexible work environment. An attractive salary package between $84,612 and $108,403 per annum will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with qualifications and experience.
