Disability Support Worker – Meaningful, Relationship‑Centred Role Supporting Blake in Tingalpa

Part‑time & casual roles available

Calm, predictable home environment

Support a young man to live with dignity, autonomy, and connection

About Blake

Blake is a thoughtful, gentle young man living in Tingalpa. He thrives in a calm, well‑structured environment and feels most supported by people who bring emotional steadiness, genuine care, and curiosity. He is non-verbal and has a cheeky sense of humour.

He enjoys predictable routines, quiet spaces, and support workers who understand sensory needs and communicate with warmth and clarity. When he feels safe and understood, Blake is able to engage, grow, and move through his day with confidence.

Your presence helps him feel grounded. This is slow, relational, deeply human work.
