At The Benevolent Society, we believe every person deserves to live life on their own terms, with dignity, respect and a sense of belonging. For over two centuries, this belief has shaped who we are and how we work.
We’re working towards a just society where everyone feels valued, safe and included. As a not for profit, independent and non-religious organisation, we proudly embrace diversity and are deeply committed to reconciliation. We welcome people from all backgrounds, identities and experiences to join us in creating positive change.
As our Young Carer Case Manager, you will work alongside young carers to deliver meaningful, person-centred support that helps them navigate their caring responsibilities while continuing to grow, connect and thrive.
As part of the Carer Gateway program, you will support young people under 25 through a dynamic mix of case management, peer support and community engagement - building connection, strengthening resilience and improving overall wellbeing.
This is a varied and purpose-driven role, well suited to someone who is motivated, emotionally intelligent and keen to develop their practice while making a tangible difference in the lives of young carers.
We support people to live their best life. That includes you, our employee. A ‘best life’ is unique to everyone and can change as life changes:
