As our Roster Officer within the Carer Gateway program, you will coordinate and schedule staff and agency workers to provide essential support to carers and their loved ones. You’ll ensure each client receives services tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and circumstances, including language, type of support, and timing.
You will also play a key role in ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently, building strong relationships with staff, clients, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, seamless support.
