Care Squared, powered by The Better Health Generation, is a national organisation that provides personalised, high quality, fully accredited health expertise and services to help NDIS participants achieve their goals. Our allied health team includes occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, rehabilitation counsellors and more.

Care Squared is looking for:

Experienced Speech Pathologists who are passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and maximising their independence. In our expanding team of allied health professionals, you will have the opportunity to work with supportive, welcoming and knowledgeable practitioners across several disciplines. Care Squared provides a positive, connected and innovative working environment, whilst allowing you to deliver flexible and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide effective, evidence-based support services to NDIS participants in their home and community environments, focusing on their personal goal attainment and meeting quality standards
  • Provide supports and services both independently and as a multi- or inter-disciplinary team
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals and NDIA- related entities
  • Complete accurate, timely and high-quality reports and records, that meet the needs of the target audience and adhere to best practice
  • Ensure compliance with the NDIS Code of Practice and Duty of Care to participants and service users

Essential requirements:

  • An approved degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Proven experience in the field
  • Passion for helping a diverse range of people achieve their goals
  • Current and unrestricted drivers licence with access to own vehicle
  • Satisfactory police/safety checks, including criminal record, working with children, working with vulnerable people and/or state equivalents (these will be organised following successful interview, if not current)
