This reputable NFP based in North Melbourne provide Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment services, delivering Counselling and Care & Recovery Case management services. The program aims to reduce AOD related harm to individuals and their families by providing an integrated and holistic service response through Assessment, Counselling and a Care and Recovery outreach approaches.

AOD Clinician who has demonstrated experience supporting adults and families with alcohol and other drugs (AOD) concerns by offering high quality, therapeutic support, counselling, and case management.

This program operates across the Inner North and Northern Community Hubs including North Melbourne, Glenroy, and Sunshine.

To be eligible to apply you will need the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in case work and counselling to individuals with complex AOD issues.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery high quality group facilitation, AOD programs and community engagement /development.
• Demonstrates knowledge of AOD sector including role, context, principles, philosophies, policies, regulations and legislation
• Right to live and work in Australia essential for this role as no sponsorship offered.
• Valid VIC divers license & NFP & WWCC Checks required.

The Package:

Competitive salary package SCHADS 4 or 5 73,000 to $80,000 pro rata+ super + salary packaging contract until June 30th, 2022
