Join Berry Street’s Take Two team and play a pivotal role supporting children, young people and families who have experienced trauma. Based in Northern / Hume area, provide trauma-informed clinical services to adolescents using or at risk of violence and their families. Conduct assessment, treatment and group programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve safety, behaviour and family functioning.

Join Berry Street’s Take Two team as a Clinician within the Wattle and Falcon Projects, delivering specialist trauma-informed therapeutic services to adolescents who use or are at risk of using violence, and their families. You’ll work across Melbourne’s north-east and Hume–Merri-bek regions, using evidence-based approaches to improve safety, wellbeing and family functioning.
You are a skilled, values-driven clinician with experience working with young people and families impacted by trauma, complex needs and family violence. You bring strong engagement skills, sound clinical judgement and the ability to work collaboratively across systems to achieve meaningful outcomes
