The Role
As Bathroom Supervisor, the successful applicant will work to provide assistance with the day to day operations of the Bathroom Modifications team. Supported by an admin team, this is a multi-faceted role, combining estimating, supervision, client liaison and “on the tools” work.
What you’ll do
- Provide an effective supervision of all Bathroom Technicians, Tilers and Apprentices;
- Develop Scope of Works and Estimates for all Bathroom Modification Projects;
- Provide technical advice and “hands on” assistance as required;
- Ensure the Bathroom Modification Team adheres to Occupational Health and Safety principles, standards, policies and procedures;
- Alongside Service Coordinator, develop efficient work scheduling;
- Meet with clients to clarify and explain major bathroom modifications.
- Maintain a routine maintenance schedule for all bathroom modification machinery and equipment;
Must-Haves
- You’ll have full rights to work in Australia
- You’ll possess a current driver licence (C class minimum);
- You’ll have proven experience leading Trade Technicians;
- Experience in a building, plumbing or bathroom trades position;
- You have the ability to develop designs that enable customisation to specific requirements;
- You’ll have a neat, professional appearance and ability to deal with customers of diverse ages and backgrounds;
- You’re a champion at juggling tasks and organising your time;
- You represent strong work ethics and are driven by integrity, teamwork, discipline and quality;
- You want to go home each night knowing that you have improved someone’s life
Desirable:
- You’ll have experience in working with people with disabilities and older people.
