Over the past 35 years, Synapse - Australia's Brain Injury Organisation, has grown to employ around 120 people. We provide a range of services nationally, including information and referral, specialist supports, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services, advocacy, housing and targeted research activities. Synapse promotes quality of life, self-determination and choice. Our mission is to ensure the rights of people impacted by brain injury, by connecting knowledge, policy, services and systems.
Synapse is currently seeking a highly motivated professional with disability sector experience working in Support Coordination or Case Management to join our QLD team. We are also keen to hear from recent graduates who are interested in commencing their career in the disability sector. You would be joining a friendly and highly experienced team and receive on the job mentoring and support. This exciting role works directly with NDIS participants and has been made possible due to increased demand for Synapse’s specialist supports.
This role will be a 24 month Fixed-Term contract based in West End covering the Brisbane region.
