About the position:

As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure great customer service, maintain stock and merchandising standards, support our amazing volunteers, and champion a safe, welcoming environment - all in line with Vinnies policies.

• 1 x Permanent Part-time position - 18 hours per week (Sat, Mon & Fri)
• Dunsborough Location
• Curating fashion for a personalised experience in our thriving South West store
• Supervising, training and supporting a dedicated team of Volunteers
• Supporting the Retail Manager to achieve exceptional outcomes for the store
• Processing high volumes of donated stock

What you need:

• Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
• A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
• Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
• Excellent communication skills with a large range of stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work
• An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission
