About the position

  • Permanent Full-time position
  • Albany location

As the Retail Manager of our Albany store, you will lead daily operations and drive growth in a permanent full‑time role. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales budgets and KPIs through strong operational standards, excellent customer service and an engaged volunteer team. By recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, you’ll ensure the shop is well stocked, compliant with guidelines and WHS requirements, and delivers a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

What you need

  • Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation
  • A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
  • Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
  • Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work.
  • An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission.
