We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Northern Retail flagship store in Pialba, one of Queensland’s largest and highest performing Vinnies stores. This is a standout opportunity to take charge of a thriving retail operation with significant community impact.
As the Retail Manager, you will oversee end to end store operations, including budget management, stock control, buying and ordering, and the leadership of two Assistant Managers and a dedicated team of around 70 volunteers. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, implementing effective retail strategies, and ensuring the store continues to deliver exceptional results. You will also collaborate closely with Northern Diocese leadership to align store performance with strategic and operational goals.
This is a hands on, fast paced role where no two days look the same. Our Retail Managers are passionate about sustainable fashion, business growth, and creating a unique and engaging shopping experience.
