As the Senior AOD Clinician – STAR, you will provide therapeutic counselling, care and recovery coordination, and outreach support to adults and families impacted by alcohol and other drug use. Working across the Inner and Northern Community Hubs, you will support clients with complex needs to achieve their recovery goals through evidence-based, person-centred practice.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines individual counselling, outreach case management, group facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with internal and external service providers. You will also play a key role in supporting best practice, contributing to service improvements, and providing guidance on complex client matters.
You are an experienced AOD practitioner with a passion for supporting people to achieve positive and lasting change. You bring strong therapeutic counselling and case management skills, along with the ability to engage and support individuals experiencing complex challenges.
