Supports In Sync: Disability Services and Training is a leading NDIS provider that offers a wide range of support services to people with disabilities. We are expanding our operations in South Australia, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team based in Adelaide. Experience is preferable not compulsory. We can provide the full training. We also offer NDIS Support Coordination Training to the public.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with participants to identify their goals and aspirations, develop plans, and coordinate support services to achieve those goals. You will be a critical member of our team, working closely with our clients, their families, and other service providers to ensure that they receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with NDIS participants to identify their goals, aspirations and develop individualised plans to achieve those goals
  • Coordinate and manage support services and resources to help participants achieve their goals
  • Build strong relationships with participants, their families, and other service providers to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and administrative tasks as required
  • Keep up to date with changes to the NDIS and other relevant legislation and policies

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS, disability sector and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and competing priorities
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Own ABN and insurance (optional)
