What's the role about?

Our growing, for purpose, organisation is in need of an experienced and ambitious Marketing & Content Manager to oversee the development, execution, and delivery of digital and print content across all our channels. As well as the execution of marketing and brand campaigns to support growth across all areas of the business.

Our ideal candidate is most importantly someone who will live and breathe our values and bring our brand personality to life through creative content, marketing campaigns and understand the ever-changing world of social media. You will be our brand voice, so you must be confident, full of creative ideas and ready to put this to action in a heartbeat!

Supported by the Senior Manager, Marketing & Engagement, the position is based in Pymble, with flexible working arrangements. Leading a team of creative marketing professionals, you will be a solid leader, clear communicator and possess great analytical skills.

Some of the role-specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing a marketing team, providing guidance and skill development
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy that delivers brand awareness and value
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
  • Increase our following on social media
  • Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
  • Alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist, review web analytics and monitor, test and adjust content strategy to increase engagement levels
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to develop an understanding of their needs
  • Execute marketing and brand awareness campaigns to build our profile in market
  • Support the growth of client services by developing, executing, and evaluating service growth initiatives and campaigns
  • Develop and execute internal communications to maintain and build engagement in new and existing channels

Ideal Candidate has (Key Criteria):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • Experience with social media management and the latest best practice
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
  • Experience executing and measuring key marketing initiatives in market
  • Strong leadership qualities
