What's the role about?

We are looking for a proactive and motivated graduate ready to start their career in Finance. Our Finance & Administrative team is based in our Head Office in Pymble.

This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in the finance team, alongside performing general accounts functions.

Key role responsibilities may include:

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
  • Processing invoices and credit card reconciliation
  • Processing Direct Debit payments
  • Banking, receipting and journal entry
  • Daily transactions allocation
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Following up overdue payments
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Handling accounts queries from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Monthly income accruals
  • Maintaining debtor files
  • Distribution of petty cash
  • Assisting the wider Finance function

Our ideal candidate

  • Accounts Payable and/or Receivable experience is desirable, but not necessary
  • Holds a relevant Bachelor's Degree, such as Accounting, Business or Finance
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Has strong attention to detail and flourishes under pressure
  • Is energetic, an eager learner with strong planning skills
  • Enjoys working with teams with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a current NSW's driver's licence (P2/full) and is willing to drive a company vehicle on occasion
