Your Role

The Workplace Giving and Partnerships Coordinator is a permanent, full-time role and will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the Society's corporate partnerships programs and initiatives. Your proven communication engagement skills and experience in engaging with corporate partners are vital to your success in this role.

Your Responsibility

  • Manage, implement and grow an innovative and engaging workplace giving program; build relationships with workplace giving supporters.
  • Build strong relationships with workplace giving partners or sponsors to develop new, long-term funding sources.
  • Support the annual corporate volunteering engagement program for existing partners and workplace giving partners.
  • Analyse market data to identify new Workplace Giving, Corporate Partner and Sponsorship prospects.

You Will Need

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising and/or business expertise
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting corporate partnerships, workplace giving engagement and fundraising
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and collaboration skills.
