Your Role

The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible to development of the Society’s strategy, facilitation of bi-annual Board and ELT strategy days, to revise and refresh the organisation’s strategic priorities; and translation of corporate strategy into individual directorate plans. You will need to be able to conduct the mobilisation of the corporate strategy and reporting on strategy specific performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team and the Chief Executive Officer. Undertake bespoke strategy development projects informed by quantitative/economic analysis, market and macro and micro trends analysis, as and when the need arises.

Your Responsibility

  • Keep informed of the evolving external trends in the social impact sector and bring these insights to the ELT.
  • Bring outside-in perspective to facilitate constructive and structured revision of the current strategy to remain focused and agile.
  • Ensure organisational strategy remains current and effective in meeting the organisational objectives.
  • You will be responsible to implement prioritisation framework to ensure organisation is investing in highest value initiatives to deliver outcomes.
  • Facilitate consultation with stakeholder groups integral to development of the strategy.
  • Develop a strategy implementation and business planning process and support all business areas to engage with this process.

You Will Need:

  • Superior communication, negotiation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance, monitoring and evaluation and outcomes practices.
  • Skilled at developing analytical reporting, synthesising external and internal sourced information.
