We’re looking for a compassionate and community-minded NILS Client Support Officer to help deliver the Vinnies No Interest Loans (NILS) program within our Redfern Centre, servicing inner Sydney and across NSW. In this role, you’ll support people experiencing financial hardship by providing access to safe and affordable lending options, while working closely with clients, volunteers and community partners to strengthen local support networks. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships and being part of a values-driven organisation committed to social justice and community impact.
Please note, this is a Part Time Max-term contract role working 0.8 FTE until July 2027.
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building strong community connections. You’re organised, adaptable and confident working with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Experience working with financial wellbeing services, community programs or volunteers will be highly regarded.
