Step into a pivotal role at the heart of St Vincent de Paul NSW (Vinnies), providing executive support across both our Members, Volunteers and Early Intervention (MVEI) Directorate and our newly established First Nations Strategy and Outcomes Directorate. This is where people, purpose and community come together.
As Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Director respectively, you’ll be the engine behind two fast-paced and values-driven teams that support members, empower volunteers and deliver meaningful programs and initiatives across the state. Working across both directorates, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of work and play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination, communication and operational support. From managing competing priorities and coordinating key initiatives to keeping senior leaders organised and informed, you’ll help enable impact where it matters most.
You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders across the broader Society, supporting cross-directorate initiatives and contributing to the success of important community-focused outcomes. This is more than a traditional EA role, it’s an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, Board members and stakeholders while contributing to a mission that supports communities and changes lives.
You’ll be trusted to keep things running smoothly, proactively anticipating needs and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
