Step into a pivotal role at the heart of St Vincent de Paul NSW (Vinnies), supporting our Members, Volunteers and Early Intervention (MVEI) directorate as well as others as needed. This is the part of Vinnies where people, purpose and community come together. As Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, you’ll be the engine behind a fast-paced and values-driven team that supports members, empowers volunteers and delivers meaningful programs across the state. You’ll get to learn about every aspect of the Society’s work, supporting MVEI and other directorates as needed across the breadth of our important community portfolio. From coordinating key initiatives to keeping senior leaders organised and informed, you’ll play a critical role in enabling impact where it matters most. This is more than a traditional EA role, it’s an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, Board members and stakeholders, contributing to a mission that supports communities and changes lives.
