Your Responsibility

• Assisting participants to achieve their personal and employment goals through coaching and daily support
• Delivering supports in line with individual care and support plans
• Providing assistance with personal care, daily living skills and overall wellbeing
• Encouraging community participation and social connection
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate and professional records

You Will Need

• A genuine passion for supporting people and making a difference
• Willingness to obtain or current Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail with record keeping 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to complete
• Current First Aid certification
• Vaccination Certificate
