An exciting full time opportunity is now available for an experienced Customer Support Officer to join the welcoming and supportive team at Caloundra. The Position:

Providing customer service and administrative support to the site team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally meet and greet customers and stakeholders who visit the site, delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Deliver timely, efficient, and effective administrative support to participants and team members.
  • Provide practical guidance and support including but not limited to assistance with use of our internal resources, equipment and services.
  • Provide effective administrative assistance to the placement, post placement and on-going support processes.
  • Capture and record all data in relevant record keeping systems, ensuring compliance with STEPS policies and procedures and contractual obligations.

The Successful Applicant:

To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated success and experience in a customer service administration support role.
  • Recent knowledge and understanding in Disability Employment Services or in the disability sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude, willingness to learn and have a community focus with the desire to help and support others.
  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, time management and high level of administration skills are essential.
  • Genuine passion and empathy for supporting people with a disability.

Applicants must have the ability to complete a Police Check, hold a Working with Children Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and have a current Driver's Licence.
