  • Monitor service quality, documentation and compliance while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Provide leadership support when the Service Manager is unavailable.
  • Participate in an on-call roster and confidently respond to incidents when required.

About You

You'll be an experienced people leader who knows how to bring out the best in others.

You're calm under pressure, naturally curious, and passionate about creating services where people feel respected, heard and empowered.

To be successful you'll bring:

  • A minimum Certificate IV qualification in Community Services, Mental Health, Social Sciences, Social Work or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness, mental ill-health or other complex life challenges.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with consumers, colleagues and community partners.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and digital skills.
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred support and continuous improvement.

What's in it for you?

  • Pay: Competitive salary, plus NFP salary packaging giving you the potential to gain $15,900 in tax benefits
  • Leave: 23 days annual leave, that’s 3 days more than the standard 4 weeks
