About the Role

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is committed to creating equitable employment opportunities for all. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Employment Specialist at our Bankstown site to support refugees with disability in accessing meaningful work and career pathways.

We’re Looking for People Who:

  • Hold qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or related fields (highly regarded)
  • Are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve long-term employment outcomes
  • Have strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful connections
  • Bring experience in employment services or case management (desirable but not essential)
  • Are comfortable working in performance-driven environments and self-motivated to achieve goals
  • Are digitally confident with sound skills in Microsoft Office and navigating internal systems
  • Contribute your lived experience of disability or your cultural and linguistic background to help us better represent and support the diverse communities we serve.
