Springboard is growing and we are looking for Support Coordinators to join our team.

To build team diversity we are seeking Support Coordinators to specialise and have existing connections or experience in housing, health, sexuality, employment, micro business setups, future planning or complex support needs.

The following experience, skills and attributes are required:

• Previous experience as a Support Coordinator or experience of service coordination or case management in the disability sector
• Lived experience or connection to disability
• Understanding of NDIS processes and procedures, or a willingness to learn
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to work with participants, service providers, and various stakeholders
• Well-organised with the ability to manage competing timelines
• Possess a person-centred approach to life – we champion individualised and self-directed supports and services
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work towards KPI’s and daily targets
• Collaborative and collegial team player
• The ability to work autonomously
• A current Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• A current National Police Clearance - or ability to gain one
• A current Working with Children (WWC) card - or ability to gain one
