We are very excited to be leading a Victoria wide collaborative project involving eleven multicultural agencies supporting CALD people and communities impacted by COVID-19.
Spectrum’s role in the project is to provide project governance, coordination, evaluation and create and manage print and digital media communications content. CALD community members will be actively engaged and will benefit from the project.
Each of our Victorian agency partners will be responsible for recruiting and managing the positions created in their local areas.
Program Lead for communicating, coordinating, and bringing together the collaboration with other agency partners.
Essential:
Extensive (at least 5 years) project management experience working in, or closely with, a complex environment with multiple stakeholders; proven ability to lead a broad team with different skills and areas of expertise. Specialist knowledge and experience in managing projects with high level communications and project management skills; undergraduate degree and/or postgraduate qualification in health, community or project related discipline is essential; stakeholder management experience; strong understanding of policy in the not for profit sector, government and community health, especially as it relates to culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
