We’re growing and searching for a UX/UI Designer to help bring our website and application projects to life. As an integral part of our studio, you’ll work closely with our clients and our team to deliver digital projects that are as functional as they are beautiful. Your work will be helping build a better tomorrow – designing digital solutions for social-enterprises, not-for-profits and government organisations doing good in the world.
Reporting to our Director, Ash, you would work within an ambitious team of creative professionals who value curiosity, a growth mindset, and embrace the idea of doing things differently. You can expect that there will be plenty of growth opportunities, exposure to strategic planning (both for our clients and within Speckle) and the space to make your mark on our growing business.
Bring us your creative, user-centric brain, a desire for growth and to do good in the world. In return, we’ll offer you a creative, ambitious and impact-focused team to bounce off, the tools you need to do your thing, and the support you need to flourish.
Our mission is simple: to use design and technology to empower the people shaping our world for the better to go further. We work alongside leaders and changemakers to bring their stories to life, using design and technology to increase access education, reduce barriers to equality, create connection through community and build towards a positive future, together.
If you are excited by the idea of working in an ambitious and growing team to do good, in a supportive culture with genuinely great people, this might be the role for you.
This is a full-time role based in our St Kilda Office. We enjoy working together in the same space but also value flexibility and finding the right brain for the job above all else. If you would like to work in a hybrid model or remotely please let us know.
At Speckle, we don't just accept diversity – we celebrate it, support it, and thrive on it for the betterment of our employees, clients, and community. We take pride in being an equal-opportunity workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
